RETURNS

Here at Farren, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order so we are happy to process returns provided they meet our return requirements.  

 

Please note: We issue store credit ONLY for returns 

 

Return Requirements

  • Item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

  • Item must be in new and unworn condition.

  • Item must have all tags attached.

  • Items must have no stains including makeup, fake tan and must be free from any scent of deodorant and/or perfume.

Purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Farren accepts no responsibility for any lost returns. 

 

How to Return

  1. Email info@thefarren.co.nz with your full name, address, order number, item(s) you are returning and reason for return.

  2. We will get back to you within 48 hours with a return order number and an address to post the return.

  3. You are responsible for sending back the return and the cost of return shipping.

  4. Once we receive the return, we will send a confirmation email with store credit.


 

Faulty Items

While we strive to provide the best quality at all times, we understand items can sometimes arrive damaged/faulty. If your item has arrived faulty, please contact info@thefarren.co.nz. Include your order number and pictures/description of the damage. We will be in touch regarding the issue. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: Once the item has been worn and/or washed it is not eligible to be returned. Farren is not responsible for any damage to the item once worn.
